At MHC Urban, we take pride in the quality of our streetwear. Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mallards918@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned or defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized items
